Case study

White-label AI visibility assessments for a Toronto agency

A Toronto marketing agency received an AI visibility assessment from Kin-etiq.ai that it had not asked for. Its leadership replied that the service could be a natural fit for the agency to resell. About two and a half months later the two companies signed a white-label agreement: Kin-etiq.ai writes the assessments, and the agency sends them under its own name. Kin-etiq.ai then wrote 26 assessments for the agency's clients. The agency and its clients are not named here because we have no written permission to name them.

How did it start?

Before 9 July 2026, Kin-etiq.ai sent the agency's leadership a free assessment of how AI engines saw their business. They replied on 9 July 2026 that the service could be a natural fit for the agency to resell.

In August 2026 Kin-etiq.ai audited the agency's own website and wrote a fix plan for it.

What was agreed?

Both sides signed a white-label agreement on 28 September 2026. Kin-etiq.ai writes the assessments, and the agency sends them to its own clients as part of its outreach.

What was delivered?

Kin-etiq.ai delivered 25 assessments on 5 October 2026 and produced one more that the agency requested on 6 October. The agency planned to send each one to the business it covered as the last email in its outreach sequence.

On 8 October the agency asked for the reports to carry its own brand. That work is under way.

What is the result so far?

The partnership is a result in itself: a firm that sells marketing for a living saw an unrequested assessment and an audit of its own site, then signed up to offer the service to its own clients. What it has not yet produced is a measured change for any of those clients. We will add that here when a client has been re-tested and the agency agrees to share it.

Do you run an agency?

Kin-etiq.ai can write AI visibility assessments that your agency sends under its own name. Email hello@kin-etiq.ai, or use the contact page, to ask how the white-label agreement works. The AI visibility audit page shows what each assessment covers.

Common questions

Does Kin-etiq.ai offer white-label AI visibility assessments?

Yes. Under a white-label agreement, Kin-etiq.ai writes AI visibility assessments for an agency's clients, and the agency sends them under its own name. Kin-etiq.ai never names the agency's clients.

Why is the agency not named?

Kin-etiq.ai names a client only with written permission. Until the agency gives it, the agency and its clients appear here without names.

What does each assessment cover?

Each assessment shows whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini named the business for its buyers' questions, who they named instead, and what to fix first.
