What has Kin-etiq.ai delivered?
On 28 September 2026 a Toronto marketing agency signed a white-label deal with Kin-etiq.ai. Kin-etiq.ai then wrote 26 AI visibility assessments for the agency's clients. It sent 25 on 5 October and one more on 6 October. The agency case study gives the details without naming the agency.
Kin-etiq.ai also publishes its own AI visibility research: 10,558 saved AI answers about 639 businesses and scans of 1,201 business websites, with the method and limits.
Who is Peter Faist?
Peter Faist is a Toronto founder. His career before Staffy was mainly in technology and security. He launched Staffy in 2015 and has run it since. Staffy is a staffing marketplace that now serves healthcare. He founded Kin-etiq.ai and runs it, and he is also Staffy's CEO. Staffy and Kin-etiq.ai are separate companies with the same founder, so Staffy is a related company.
What did he do before Staffy?
Peter studied computer programming at Sheridan College. In his words, most of his career was in technical roles. He named Scotiabank, Bell Media, Shaw Communications and Bank of Montreal. Staffy's About page says he was a security architect. Its examples of his work include the 2010 Olympics and the first digital hospital in Ontario. A 2021 podcast profile says that before Staffy he was president of NetCon1, a network and security consulting firm.
He also completed a year of culinary training at George Brown. He has said Staffy brought together his interest in food and his background in technology.
What has he built at Staffy?
Peter launched Staffy in Toronto in 2015 to deal with absenteeism in the city's hospitality industry. Restaurants, event spaces and hotels used it to book workers for open shifts. In 2017 Staffy pitched on BNN's The Disruptors.
When the COVID pandemic closed restaurants in 2020, Staffy lost about 95 per cent of its revenue. Peter has said he did not lay off any staff. Long-term care homes that had used Staffy for kitchen workers asked for help with other roles, and Staffy opened its platform to personal support workers and registered nurses. It went on to staff vaccine clinics and then hospitals, and by late 2023 Peter said it had expanded across Canada.
Staffy vets each worker's credentials before they can take shifts, using a credential management system it built in-house. Staffy also sells a credential management product, Salus. The Staffy case study describes it.
Staffy Health joined the Council of Canadian Innovators in October 2024. These placings and the membership are Staffy's results, shown here as part of Peter's record.
What does he do at Kin-etiq.ai?
At Kin-etiq.ai Peter runs both services. For AI visibility, Kin-etiq.ai asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google the questions a business's buyers ask, shows who they name, and fixes what keeps the business out. For custom AI builds, it takes one manual job at a time. It builds the smallest system that does that job well, and a person approves anything that matters.
How does Kin-etiq.ai work?
Kin-etiq.ai's rule is that every claim, to a client or on this site, points to evidence: a saved answer from an AI engine, a fetched page, or a dated record. Where something could not be checked, the report says "not checked" and why. Where a client has not given written permission to be named, the result appears without the name. Staffy is a related company, and every page that mentions it says so.
Kin-etiq.ai applied that rule to itself first. Before rebuilding this site, it measured how the engines saw Kin-etiq.ai and published the before score in the baseline case study. A re-test is due on or after 20 November 2026.
What does Kin-etiq.ai sell?
Kin-etiq.ai sells two services.
- AI visibility starts with a free Level 1 check of the business's website. It continues with a monthly check of how AI answers name the business, fixes to what keeps the business out, and a re-test with the same questions. The Monitor, Grow and Build plans cost $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000 a month, in Canadian dollars.
- Custom AI development builds one workflow at a time, and each build is quoted separately.
