Kin-etiq.ai runs the questions your buyers type, with web search available, and saves every answer. The rule is that nothing in the report is a guess: each finding cites a saved answer or a fetched page, and anything we could not check is marked "not checked".
Kin-etiq.ai's own research shows why the test matters. Of 305 businesses whose buyer questions were put to OpenAI's models through the API (the engine behind ChatGPT), and for 204 of them also to Claude, between 9 July 2026 and 7 October 2026, 198 (64.9%) were not named in a single answer. These are businesses Kin-etiq.ai chose to approach as sales prospects or assessed for a partner, not a random sample. The AI visibility research gives the method, the sample and its limits.
What does the audit measure?
The audit covers seven areas. Each one answers a plain question.
| Area | The question it answers |
|---|---|
| Your pages | Is each page built so Google and an AI engine can lift an answer straight out of it? |
| Your visibility | When a buyer asks, are you named, and who is named instead? |
| Access | Can the AI search tools reach your site and read it? |
| Identity | Do the engines know which company you are, and describe you correctly? |
| AI assistants | Can an AI assistant look up your services or book with you? |
| Other sites | Do the pages the engines quote say the right things about you? |
| Measurement | Can you see and steer all of this yourself? |
Two scores come out of it, and they are never blended. AI presence is how often the engines name you. AI readiness is how well your site is built for them. A tidy site can score well on readiness and still be named in no answers, which is why the two stay apart. What an AI visibility report should contain explains this in more detail.
What does the report show?
Your buyers' questions
The questions come from how your own site describes what you sell and where. They never come from your company name or a guess.
Who the engines named
You see each answer from ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, with the businesses it named and the pages it cited.
Why you are missing
We read every page the engines cited and check whether your name is on it. If an answer was built from a directory or a "top firms" list you are not on, the report says which kind of page it was.
What to fix first
You get a plan that starts with the change most likely to get you named, with the evidence for it.
To run the same checks yourself, follow our guide on how to track brand mentions in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
What does the audit look like in practice?
Kin-etiq.ai has written these assessments for real businesses through an agency partner.
How much does it cost?
The free assessment is our Level 1 check of your website, the checks that matter most. Monitor costs $1,000 a month in Canadian dollars. It repeats that check every month, asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini your buyers' questions, tracks your share of answers against the firms named instead, and includes a monthly call. To have Kin-etiq.ai fix what the audit finds, the Grow plan ($2,500 a month) adds the fixes. The pricing page compares the plans.
