What do we collect when you ask for a free AI visibility assessment?
The free assessment form asks for your name, your business, your website, your email address and your phone number, and for your consent to be contacted about the report. We also keep the date and time of the request.
We use this information to run the assessment on your website, send you the report, and follow up with you about it.
What do we collect when you email us or use the contact form?
When you email hello@kin-etiq.ai or send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the kind of help you ask about and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and to prepare any work you ask about.
What is recorded when you visit the site?
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics. It records how visitors use the site, such as the pages viewed and the site that referred you. It does not record the text of web addresses after the page path, Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and its cookies expire after 60 days. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your own browser.
Where is it kept, and who sees it?
Requests for the free assessment are stored in a database run by Cloudflare in its eastern North America region, which may be in the United States. Emails about new requests and contact form messages are sent through Amazon Web Services and reach Kin-etiq.ai's own inbox.
Inside Kin-etiq.ai, the people who run and review your assessment see your information. The service providers above process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long do we keep it?
We keep free assessment requests, reports and messages for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask.
What should you not send us?
Please do not send patient records, passwords or other sensitive documents in a first message. A plain description of your business or workflow is enough to start.
How do you see, correct or delete your information?
Email hello@kin-etiq.ai to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can change your analytics choice at any time with the privacy choices link on this site.
