Salus

AI credential compliance
20,000+
workers kept continuously compliant
The problem

In healthcare staffing, a worker on shift with an expired licence or an invalid work permit is a compliance failure. Credentials get checked by hand across documents and spreadsheets, and the gaps surface at the worst possible moment.

What we built

Salus authenticates credential documents, tracks every expiry, and enforces work-permit rules. It is wired directly into scheduling, so a worker who is not compliant cannot be booked in the first place.

How it works

The model reads and structures each document. Deterministic rules, not the model, decide whether a credential passes. Edge cases route to a person. Every check is logged.

Outcome

Live in production. Compliance is enforced at the moment of booking instead of audited after the fact.

If this is your problem

When your business runs on documents that have to be valid before something happens, this is the pattern: AI reads, rules decide, people handle the edges.

Have a system like this in mind?

If this maps to a problem you are sitting on, the first step is a fixed-price diagnostic. Worst case, we tell you not to build it.
