A support agent built from six months of real inbound conversations, with custom orchestration around Claude and a purpose-built dashboard to monitor exactly what it is doing.

Outcome

Live in production. It replaced a third-party AI support vendor and now handles the bulk of routine inbound on its own, leaving the team the conversations that actually need a person.
